Miller PAPR II Welding Respirator with T94i-R XL Helmet, Grind Shield, 292755

The Miller PAPR II with T94i-R XL helmet is a powered air-purifying welding respirator for industrial welding and grinding, built around an XL auto-darkening lens. Weld, cut, grind and X-Mode settings match the lens to the task, a 44 sq in integrated grind shield gives a clear view for grinding, and a three-speed Gen 2 blower with a HEPA filter supplies the breathing air.

The T94i-R XL uses ClearLight 2.0 lens technology and HDV optics, four independent arc sensors for obstructed or low-amp welding, and a memory function with two presets. Half-shade settings fine-tune the lens, shade 5.0 side windows add peripheral vision, and InfoTrack 2.0 records arc time and arc count for quoting. A quick-release one-piece cover lens simplifies lens changes, and the flame-retardant, washable standard head seal can cover the ears or sit in front of them.

The system guards the wearer against hazardous particles, metal fumes and mists, and in stainless steel work it also shields against hexavalent chromium and other alloy fumes. The Gen 2 blower measures 8.25 x 7 x 3.25 in, weighs 3 lbs and runs at 175, 195 or 215 LPM, with battery life of 10, 9 and 8 hours at those speeds. Two lithium-ion batteries come with it, each recharging in 3 hours and rated for roughly 500 charges.
