Miller PipeWorx 400 Multiprocess Pipe Welder Power Source, 230/460V, 907382
The Miller PipeWorx 400 Multiprocess Welder power source is engineered for pipe fabrication shops, combining one-touch process selection with RMD and pulsed MIG alongside stick, DC TIG, flux-cored and MIG. This is the 230/460 V power source, and its weld processes are optimized for the root, fill and cap passes of pipe welding.
Pushing a process button lets Quick-Select set the process, polarity, cable outputs and weld parameters, so cables and gas hoses stay connected and a wrong connection is less likely to cause rework. Switching from pulsed MIG to modified short-arc MIG is quick, only the backlit controls on the clearly labeled front panel are adjustable, and memory holds four programs per selection: stick, DC TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) for the left and right feeder sides.
Stick (SMAW) and DC TIG with Lift-ARC or HF starts join flux-cored welding, RMD and pulsed MIG on one machine, and setting up a new weld process takes only a few basic steps. Wind Tunnel Technology and Fan-On-Demand protect the system in dusty shops. The design targets high-volume pipe production, where repeatable results and short setup times matter.
