This Miller Spectrum 875 Auto-Line plasma cutter is a compact, multi-voltage unit that cuts mild steel up to 7/8 in. Auto-Line connects it to any primary voltage from 208 to 575 V, single- or three-phase at 50 or 60 Hz, and this long-lead package includes an XT60 hand-held torch on a 50 ft (15.2 m) cable, a quick-connect work clamp and a 10 ft power cord.

Rated output at 104 degrees F is 45 A at 140 VDC and 100% duty cycle on single-phase 208/230 V, and 50 A at 140 VDC and 100% duty cycle on three-phase 208/230 V and on 380-575 V. It cuts aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel, the capacity rating assumes a travel speed of about 15 inches per minute, and the 60 lb unit measures 8.75 x 13.5 x 18.5 in. (W x H x L) with handles for carrying.

Auto-Refire manages the pilot arc automatically on expanded metal, automatic air regulation holds the recommended torch pressure, and the Fan-On-Demand fan switches on only when cooling is needed while Wind Tunnel Technology protects internal parts from dust. A generator of 10 kW or more, such as a Miller Bobcat, can power it, and optional CNC and robotic kits add voltage sensing, remote start, OK-to-move signaling and a machine torch for automated cutting.
