Miller Spoolmatic-15A Aluminum MIG Spool Gun, 15 ft Cable, 195156

The Miller Spoolmatic-15A is an aluminum MIG spool gun for industrial and commercial welding, supplied here with a 15 ft cable. Wire feed speed is adjusted right on the gun handle, the integrated spool canister rotates 180 degrees so the operator can work comfortably, and a two-stage trigger with a built-in gas valve handles gas preflow.

Because preflow comes from the trigger's built-in gas valve, long gas lines do not need to be purged before the arc starts. The drive rolls are reversible, and the quick-change contact tip comes out with a single turn, which keeps routine tip changes fast. Miller aims this spool gun at MIG (GMAW) aluminum welding in construction and fabrication.
