The Miller Syncrowave 212 Air-Cooled Package is an AC/DC TIG/stick welder for light-industrial and personal use that runs on 120 V or 240 V single-phase power and covers 20-210 A in TIG. It comes with a 12 ft, 150 A air-cooled TIG torch, an RFCS-14 foot control and a regulator, and Auto-Set picks weld parameters in a few taps.

Auto-Set covers both AC/DC TIG and stick, Pro-Set confirms a balanced manual setting when its indicator line turns green, and the LCD gives on-screen explanations for machine setup. DC TIG pulse lowers heat input and distortion and can raise puddle agitation, arc stability and travel speed, and high-frequency starts are non-contact. Separate 6 ft cords for 120 V and 240 V connect without tools. Stick output is 30-200 A, aluminum welding covers 0.020 in. to 1/4 in., and mild steel runs from 16 ga. to 3/8 in. on stick.

In the box: the power source, both input cords, the 12 ft 150 A air-cooled torch with Dinse connector, a 15 ft work cable with clamp and a 15 ft electrode holder (both Dinse), the RFCS-14 foot control on a 20 ft (6 m) cord with 14-pin plug, a regulator/flow gauge with 5 ft gas hose, a gas lens accessory kit and a material thickness gauge. An optional Coolmate 1S cooler supports a water-cooled TIG setup (a B11N17 coupler adapts a water-cooled torch to the 195380 Dinse connector), and an optional Spoolmate 150 spool gun (301272) with adapter (301861) adds MIG at 30-175 A.
