Miller Syncrowave 212 AC/DC TIG Welder with Spoolmate 150 Spool Gun, Air-Cooled
The Miller Syncrowave 212 Air-Cooled Spool Gun Package combines an AC/DC TIG welder with a Spoolmate 150 spool gun, so the same machine handles AC TIG, DC TIG, DC stick and MIG (GMAW). It covers 20-210 A, weighs 54 lbs and runs on single-phase 50/60 Hz power, with Auto-Set and an LCD guiding setup.
Once a process is picked, amperage or voltage is set to suit the material thickness; Auto-Set supplies predefined weld settings for every skill level, and Pro-Set offers preset balance, frequency, pulse and DIG values. TIG (GTAW) arcs start by non-contact high frequency, which keeps tungsten and workpiece free of contamination, and the standard 14-pin connector takes a fingertip control or a wired or wireless foot control.
For aluminum welding the machine covers 0.020 in. (0.5 mm) to 1/4 in. (6.4 mm), mild steel runs from 16 ga. to 3/8 in. with stick (SMAW), and it also welds stainless steel. Typical projects range from automotive repair and car restoration to garage and shop fabrication, metal art, furniture and off-road builds. The 11.275 x 17.5 x 21.5 in. (W x H x L) cabinet has handles, and running gear is optional.
