Miller Syncrowave 300 AC/DC TIG/Stick Welder, 208/240/480V, Machine Only, 907782
The Miller Syncrowave 300 is an AC/DC TIG/stick welder power source with a 5-300 A range, in its machine-only configuration. Auto-Link connects it to 208/240/480 V primary power, single- or three-phase, and it welds aluminum from 0.015 in. to 3/8 in. and steel from 0.012 in. to 1/2 in. thick.
Auto-Link matches the power source to the applied primary voltage automatically, so installation on single- or three-phase service is simple. AC frequency adjusts from 50 to 150 Hz, narrowing or widening the arc cone and helping directional control of the arc, and Pro-Set offers preset balance, frequency, pulse and DIG values. The interface is easy to learn, which shortens training for new operators, and the arc offers stable performance with good starting characteristics. Maximum open-circuit voltage is 60 VDC, weldable metals are aluminum, stainless steel and steel, and the smaller, lighter design is easier to move around the shop.
