Miller Trailblazer 330 Air Pak Welder Generator with WIC and Polarity Reversing
The Miller Trailblazer 330 Air Pak welder generator with WIC and polarity reversing is the version fitted with all three Air Pak options: Wireless Interface Control, polarity reversing and a cooler/separator. They join the standard Excel Power, battery charge/crank assist, ArcReach and rotary-screw air compressor, and the machine is rated 314 A for stick/TIG and 330 A for MIG/flux-cored at a 100% duty cycle.
Output is 314 A at 32.5 V for CC/DC stick/TIG and 330 A at 30.5 V for CV/DC MIG/FCAW, both at a 100% duty cycle, across a 20-330 A range with a 107 VDC maximum open circuit voltage, and the generator supplies 10,500 W continuous and 12,000 W peak single-phase power. Technologies include ArcReach, Auto-Set, Dynamic DIG, QuietPulse, Excel Power, GFCI and Wireless Interface Control. This engine-driven welder handles aluminum, stainless steel and steel for fabrication, field, structural and industrial welding, mobile fabrication and MRO, and work truck use.
A two-cylinder, air-cooled 27 hp Rehlko gasoline engine idles at 2400 RPM, Auto-Speed varies engine speed from 2,400 to 3,600 rpm to match weld output, and the tank holds 11 gallons. The rotary-screw compressor delivers 30 cfm at 3,600 rpm or 28 cfm at 3,000 rpm at 80-160 psig with a 100% duty cycle and shuts down at 160 psi. Battery charge covers 10-150 A and crank assist reaches 300 A at 12/24 V. The 587 lb unit measures 27 in. high, 20.46 in. wide and 51.88 in. long and has a standard lift eye.
