Miller Trailblazer 330 Air Pak Welder Generator with Cooler/Separator, 907836002

The Miller Trailblazer 330 Air Pak welder generator with cooler/separator combines stick and flux-cored welding with a built-in industrial rotary-screw air compressor rated up to 160 PSI. The cooler/separator, one of the Air Pak options, is fitted, and Excel Power, battery charge/crank assist, ArcReach, Auto-Set and a direct spool gun connection come standard.

The compressor provides a 100 percent duty cycle at 30 CFM across 80-160 PSI, runs most air impact wrenches with the engine at idle and offers four air access points. Polarity reversing and Wireless Interface Control (WIC) are the other two Air Pak options. The digital interface with Auto-Set helps dial in precise weld parameters for each process, stick (SMAW) arcs start easily with less spatter on 7018 and 6010 electrodes, and the integrated 10-pin connection takes Spoolmate and Spoolmatic spool guns for aluminum without an adapter.

Accu-Rated generator output holds 10,500 W of usable peak power for at least 30 seconds, enough for motor starting, plasma cutting or a Millermatic MIG welder, with full auxiliary power and no arc interference. Predictive maintenance information and productivity screens help plan service and track machine use, and daily checks are quick thanks to top-side oil checks at the front panel, toolless panels, and fuel fill and oil drain/filter on one side. Armored doors cover the weld studs and receptacles to meet OSHA and CSA jobsite requirements.
