Miller Trailblazer 330 Diesel Welder Generator, Kubota, Multiprocess, 907849
The Miller Trailblazer 330 Diesel welder generator is a Kubota-powered engine-driven welder rated 330 A at a 100% duty cycle for stick, TIG, MIG and flux-cored welding, with pulsed TIG and air carbon arc gouging also supported. Its 24.8 hp T4F diesel supplies 10,500 W of continuous single-phase auxiliary power, and Excel Power is offered as an option rather than included here.
Rated output is 330 A at 31 V for CC/DC stick and TIG and 330 A for CV/DC MIG and flux-cored, both at a 100% duty cycle, across a 20-330 A range and a 15-40 V voltage range, with a 107 VDC maximum open circuit voltage. Weld and auxiliary power are kept separate, so the 10,500 W continuous (12,000 W peak) single-phase supply stays fully available at any weld setting. Auto-Set on the LCD with buttons and knob speeds setup, and Dynamic DIG adapts short-clearing current to the stick application.
The Kubota diesel is T4F compliant, uses glow plugs for cold-weather starts and idles at 1800 RPM, while Auto-Speed varies engine speed from 1,800 to 3,600 rpm with the weld load; the tank holds 11 gallons. ArcReach carries parameter changes over the existing weld cables, so amperage and voltage can be set at the wire feeder or pendant without a control cord, and a direct-connect spool gun connection is fitted. Application classes span fabrication, maintenance repair, structural steel, sheet metal and pipe, and weld leads are not included.
