Miller Trailblazer 330 Diesel Welder Generator, Excel Power, WIC, 907849002
The Miller Trailblazer 330 Diesel welder generator with Excel Power and WIC is a Kubota-powered engine-driven welder rated 330 A at a 100% duty cycle for stick, TIG, MIG and flux-cored work. Wireless Interface Control (WIC) puts process, parameter and on/off control in the operator's hand anywhere on the jobsite, and Excel Power adds 2,400 W of 120 V pure sine wave power.
Through WIC the operator can switch welding processes, tweak parameters, store and recall preset programs, turn the machine on or off and check service reminders without walking back to the unit, which Miller links to longer gaps between refueling and service. Excel Power is an inverter-based 120 V supply rated 2,400 W (20 A) that stays available at all engine speeds, idle included. ArcReach carries adjustments made at the wire feeder or pendant back to the machine over the existing weld cables, and Dynamic DIG and QuietPulse refine the stick and pulsed TIG arcs.
Rated output is 330 A at 31 V for CC/DC stick/TIG and 330 A for CV/DC MIG/FCAW at a 100% duty cycle, over a 20-330 A range and a 15-40 V voltage range. Single-phase auxiliary power is 10,500 W continuous and 12,000 W peak. The 24.8 hp T4F Kubota diesel has glow plugs, idles at 1800 RPM and is varied from 1,800 to 3,600 rpm by Auto-Speed, with an 11 gallon tank. Aluminum, stainless steel and steel are weldable, and weld leads are not included.

Good to know
Engine-driven equipment gives off carbon monoxide: run it outdoors only, away from doors, windows and vents.
