Miller Trailblazer 330 EFI Welder Generator, Kohler Gas, Multiprocess, 907832
The Miller Trailblazer 330 EFI welder generator is a Kohler EFI gasoline engine-driven welder rated 330 A for stick/TIG and 325 A for MIG/flux-cored, both at a 100% duty cycle, with pulsed TIG and air carbon arc gouging also supported. It supplies 10,500 W of continuous single-phase auxiliary power, and Excel Power is offered as an option rather than included on this base unit.
Rated output is 330 A at 30 V for CC/DC stick (SMAW) and TIG (GTAW) and 325 A at 30.25 V for CV/DC MIG (GMAW) and flux-cored, across a 20-330 A range with a 107 VDC maximum open circuit voltage. Weld and auxiliary power are separate, so the 10,500 W continuous and 12,000 W peak generator output stays fully available at any weld setting. ArcReach sends process adjustments over the existing weld cables, Dynamic DIG adapts short-clearing current to the stick application, QuietPulse lowers audible noise in DC pulse welding, and GFCI protection is fitted.
The 23 hp Kohler EFI engine idles at 2400 RPM, and Auto-Speed varies engine speed from 2,400 to 3,600 rpm to match weld output, which Miller credits with lower fuel use, maintenance cost and noise; the tank holds 11 gallons. Miller rates the machine over 80 lb lighter and 13% smaller than previous models. It welds aluminum, stainless steel and steel for fabrication, structural welding and mobile fabrication and MRO, with a standard lift eye and optional running gear/cart and trailer.
