Miller Trailblazer 330 EFI Welder Generator, Kohler Gas, Excel Power, 907832001

The Miller Trailblazer 330 EFI welder generator with Excel Power is a Kohler EFI gasoline engine-driven welder rated 330 A for stick/TIG and 325 A for MIG/flux-cored at a 100% duty cycle. Excel Power, an option on the base model, is included in this configuration, together with 10,500 W of continuous single-phase auxiliary power and pulsed TIG capability.

Excel Power comes fitted on this version of the Trailblazer 330 EFI. ArcReach sends process adjustments over the existing weld cables, so amperage and voltage can be changed where the operator is working rather than at the machine. Dynamic DIG adapts short-clearing current to the stick application on a time-based algorithm, QuietPulse lowers audible noise in DC pulse welding, and GFCI protection is fitted. Processes cover stick (SMAW), TIG DC, pulsed TIG, MIG (GMAW), flux-cored and air carbon arc gouging.

Rated output is 330 A at 30 V for CC/DC stick/TIG and 325 A at 30.25 V for CV/DC MIG/FCAW, over a 20-330 A range, and single-phase auxiliary power is 10,500 W continuous and 12,000 W peak, with weld and auxiliary circuits kept separate. The 23 hp Kohler EFI engine idles at 2400 RPM, Auto-Speed varies it from 2,400 to 3,600 rpm to match weld output, and the tank holds 11 gallons. Weldable metals are aluminum, stainless steel and steel, with a standard lift eye and optional running gear/cart and trailer.
