Miller Trailblazer 330 EFI Welder Generator, Excel Power, WIC, Battery Charge

The Miller Trailblazer 330 EFI welder generator with Excel Power, WIC and battery charge is a Kohler EFI gasoline engine-driven welder rated 330 A for stick/TIG and 325 A for MIG/flux-cored at a 100% duty cycle. It combines Wireless Interface Control with up to 150 A of battery charging and 300 A of crank assist, plus 10,500 W of continuous auxiliary power.

Through WIC the operator can switch welding processes, tweak parameters, store and recall preset programs, turn the machine on or off and check service reminders from anywhere on the jobsite. Battery charging reaches 150 A DC for 12 V and 24 V batteries, and crank assist delivers up to 300 A for equipment with weak batteries. Excel Power is also included, and the technology set adds ArcReach over the existing weld cables, Dynamic DIG for stick, QuietPulse for quieter DC pulse welding and GFCI protection.

Rated output is 330 A at 30 V for CC/DC stick/TIG and 325 A at 30.25 V for CV/DC MIG/FCAW, over a 20-330 A range, and single-phase auxiliary power is 10,500 W continuous and 12,000 W peak, with weld and auxiliary circuits kept separate. The 23 hp Kohler EFI engine idles at 2400 RPM, Auto-Speed varies it from 2,400 to 3,600 rpm to match weld output, and the tank holds 11 gallons. Weldable metals are aluminum, stainless steel and steel, with a standard lift eye and optional running gear/cart and trailer.
