Miller Trailblazer 330 EFI Welder Generator, Excel Power, Polarity Reversing

The Miller Trailblazer 330 EFI welder generator with Excel Power and polarity reversing is a Kohler EFI gasoline engine-driven welder rated 330 A for stick/TIG and 325 A for MIG/flux-cored at a 100% duty cycle. Both options come fitted, and the generator supplies 10,500 W of continuous and 12,000 W of peak single-phase auxiliary power.

This configuration pairs polarity reversing with Excel Power, an option on the base Trailblazer 330 EFI. ArcReach sends process adjustments over the existing weld cables, so amperage and voltage are set at the operator's position instead of back at the power source. Dynamic DIG adapts short-clearing current to the stick application on a time-based algorithm, QuietPulse lowers audible noise in DC pulse welding, and GFCI protection is fitted. Processes cover stick, TIG DC, pulsed TIG, MIG, flux-cored and air carbon arc gouging.

Rated output is 330 A at 30 V for CC/DC stick/TIG and 325 A at 30.25 V for CV/DC MIG/FCAW, over a 20-330 A range, and single-phase auxiliary power is 10,500 W continuous and 12,000 W peak, with weld and auxiliary circuits kept separate. The 23 hp Kohler EFI engine idles at 2400 RPM, Auto-Speed varies it from 2,400 to 3,600 rpm to match weld output, and the tank holds 11 gallons. Weldable metals are aluminum, stainless steel and steel, with a standard lift eye and optional running gear/cart and trailer.
