The Miller Venture 150 T is a battery-powered DC TIG and stick welder with high-frequency arc starts, QuietPulse and a built-in gas solenoid. This TIG kit adds a 12.5 ft torch (WP1712MFDI50), regulator, hose, remote and accessory kit to the power source, one 400Wh battery and the charger; with the battery fitted it weighs 27 lbs.

Also in the box are a 10 ft (3 m) work cable with clamp and a 10 ft (3 m) stick electrode holder, both with 50 mm Dinse-style connectors, a padded shoulder strap and eight removable rubber bumpers/feet; shielding gas and safety equipment are not included. The 400Wh pack weighs 15.25 lbs, its management software protects it across operating conditions, and it is rated for more than 1,000 charge cycles in typical use with proper care.

With the gas solenoid built into the machine, the TIG torch needs no gas valve of its own, and a 6-pin remote connection is provided. QuietPulse makes the change between background and peak current smoother and quieter. Stick (SMAW) mode handles E6010 electrodes with Hot Start and Stick-Stuck protection, the low-OCV function holds open-circuit voltage to 12-16 V at idle, VRD is selectable in the menu, and duty cycle is 100% at maximum output.
