Miller Venture 150 T Battery-Powered TIG Welder, TIG Kit, Two 400Wh Batteries
The Miller Venture 150 T is a battery-powered DC TIG and stick welder with high-frequency arc starts, QuietPulse and a built-in gas solenoid. This TIG kit pairs the power source with two 400Wh batteries, the charger, a 12.5 ft torch (WP1712MFDI50), regulator, hose, remote and accessory kit; it weighs 27 lbs with a battery fitted.
With two swappable packs in the kit, a second battery is on hand when the first runs down. Each 400Wh pack weighs 15.25 lbs, is managed by software that protects it across operating conditions and is rated for more than 1,000 charge cycles in typical use with proper care. The kit also holds 10 ft (3 m) work and stick electrode leads with 50 mm Dinse-style connectors, a padded shoulder strap and eight removable rubber bumpers/feet.
Because the gas solenoid sits inside the machine, the TIG torch does not need its own gas valve, and a 6-pin remote connection is fitted. QuietPulse smooths and quiets the move between background and peak current. In stick (SMAW) mode it runs E6010 electrodes with Hot Start and Stick-Stuck protection, low-OCV operation keeps idle open-circuit voltage at 12-16 V, VRD is menu-selectable, and duty cycle is 100% at maximum output.
