Miller XMT 400 MIGRunner Multiprocess Welder with Intellx Basic Feeder, 15-425A
The Miller XMT 400 MIGRunner Multiprocess Welder with Intellx Basic Feeder combines an XMT 400 power source with Dinse connectors, an Intellx Basic single feeder, a 15 ft 400 A Bernard MIG gun and a MIGRunner cart. It uses ArcConnect cables instead of ArcReach, so the system is designed for fab shops and manufacturing.
The power source offers Auto-Line hookup from 208-575 V on single- or three-phase power, a 15-425 A amperage range, 10-38 V output and support for RMD and pulsed MIG (GMAW). Adaptive Hot Start, infinite arc control, Lift-Arc, Auto Remote Sense, Dinse-style weld disconnects, fan-on-demand cooling and large dual digital meters are built in, in a 75 lb aerospace-grade aluminum case measuring 17.25 x 12.75 x 20.25 in. (H x W x D).
The Intellx Basic wire feeder has four drive rolls, a rotatable drive and room for spools up to 60 lb, with trigger hold, wire jog and purge, remote voltage, wire feed speed and arc control settings, digital meters and wire feed speed feedback. Also included are 0.035/0.045 in. V-groove drive rolls, a regulator with a 3 ft gas hose, a 10 ft 4/0 work cable and clamp, a 5 ft ArcConnect control cable and a 6 ft 4/0 weld cable that links the feeder to the power source.
