Miller XMT 400 MIGRunner Multiprocess Welder with Intellx Pro Feeder, 15-425A
The Miller XMT 400 MIGRunner Multiprocess Welder with Intellx Pro Feeder pairs an XMT 400 power source with Dinse connectors, an Intellx Pro single feeder, a 15 ft 400 A Bernard MIG gun and a MIGRunner cart. ArcConnect cables replace ArcReach, which suits the system to fabrication shops and manufacturing, and Auto-Line accepts 208-575 V.
EZ-Set MIG works out parameters from material thickness, and EZ-Set Accu-Pulse gives an arc that tolerates differences in operator technique and widens the operating window. The Intellx Pro wire feeder also offers trigger select and trigger hold, preflow and postflow, two memory slots, steel and stainless programs, remote voltage, wire feed speed and arc control, wire jog and purge, digital meters and wire feed speed feedback. It has a rotatable drive with four drive rolls and takes spools up to 60 lb.
The XMT 400 power source runs on single- or three-phase power, delivers 15-425 A across 10-38 V and supports RMD and pulsed MIG (GMAW). Adaptive Hot Start, infinite arc control, Lift-Arc, Auto Remote Sense, Dinse-style weld disconnects, a process selector switch and large dual digital meters are built in, in a 75 lb aerospace-grade aluminum case. The package also includes 0.035/0.045 in. V-groove drive rolls, a regulator with a 10 ft gas hose, a 15 ft work cable and clamp, and an ArcConnect control cable.
