Miller XMT 450 CC/CV ArcReach Multiprocess Welder, 15-600A, 230/460V 3-Phase

The Miller XMT 450 CC/CV ArcReach Multiprocess Welder is a three-phase power source for 230 V or 460 V input with a 15-600 A amperage range across 10-38 V. Auto-bind technology creates an exclusive ArcReach link with the wire feeder, and the machine returns to its XMT settings when that link ends. It comes with 1/2 in. stud connectors.

While ArcReach is in control, process and voltage/amperage adjustments on the power source are locked out, so nobody other than the welding operator can change them by accident. ArcReach power sources and wire feeders also work with non-ArcReach equipment, although the full benefit comes only with a complete ArcReach system. Auto Remote Sense switches to remote control as soon as a remote is connected to the remote control receptacle.

Features include Lift-Arc, Adaptive Hot Start, infinite arc control, fan-on-demand cooling, large dual digital meters and a process selector switch, all in a lightweight aerospace-grade aluminum case. The CC/CV (constant current and constant voltage) power source weighs 122 lbs and measures 17.25 in. high, 14.5 in. wide and 27.125 in. deep, and input is three-phase only.
