Miller XMT 450 CC/CV ArcReach Multiprocess Welder, 115V Auxiliary Power, 15-600A

The Miller XMT 450 CC/CV ArcReach Multiprocess Welder with Auxiliary Power adds a rear 115 V receptacle with 10 A circuit-breaker protection for coolant systems. It runs on 230 V or 460 V three-phase power with a 15-600 A amperage range across 10-38 V, and auto-bind gives it an exclusive ArcReach link to the wire feeder.

While ArcReach is in control, process and voltage/amperage adjustments on the power source are locked out, so nobody other than the welding operator can change them by accident. When the ArcReach link ends, the machine goes back to its XMT settings. ArcReach power sources and wire feeders also work with non-ArcReach equipment, although the full benefit comes only with a complete ArcReach system.

The auxiliary outlet supplies 10 A at 115 V to a coolant system, and the machine also has Lift-Arc, Adaptive Hot Start, infinite arc control, fan-on-demand cooling, large dual digital meters, a process selector switch and Auto Remote Sense. It comes with 1/2 in. stud connectors, weighs 122 lbs and measures 17.25 in. high, 14.5 in. wide and 27.125 in. deep in a lightweight aerospace-grade aluminum case.
