The Miller XR-Pistol-Pro is a water-cooled push-pull gun for aluminum welding in heavy-industrial applications, and this 300788 model carries a 35 ft cable. Its durable motor and drive are designed to feed wire smoothly and keep the arc consistent with less downtime and maintenance, while dual wire tension settings suit 4000- or 5000-series aluminum.

Servicing is quick: the drive assembly is easy to reach and the head tube comes off without tools, so drive rolls and head tubes can be changed, or routine maintenance done, without taking the gun apart. The feed cable liner can also be replaced on its own rather than swapping the complete feed cable. FastTip and Bernard Centerfire contact tips fit the gun, both single-turn, quick-change designs.

Threaded head tubes rotate 360 degrees and come in more than 30 styles with a range of bends and lengths for awkward joints. With an XR-Control, trigger hold lets the operator weld without holding the trigger down.
