A 35 ft cable gives this water-cooled Cobra MX-HD extra working reach, and its Fronius 9-Pin connection suits Fronius-compatible systems. The gun is rated 250 A continuous for sustained high-amperage welding in aluminum and soft wire, with a .035 in. to 1/16 in. wire range and no drive roll changes.

It uses 3/8 in. MX-HD consumables and a fixed gooseneck with a high-temperature barrel insulator. The rear trigger is responsive, gas flow runs through an integrated mechanical valve, and the ergonomic handle shields the wire feed adjustment.
