Lincoln-compatible systems that need more reach than a 25 ft cable can run this Cobra MX-HD, which has a 35 ft cable and a Lincoln 7-Pin connection. The water-cooled push-pull gun holds a 250 A continuous rating and runs .035 in. to 1/16 in. wire on one set of drive rolls for high-duty-cycle aluminum and soft-wire work.

Water cooling supports sustained high-amperage welding, and the gun takes 3/8 in. MX-HD consumables. It keeps the redesigned Cobra features: a fixed gooseneck with a high-temperature barrel insulator, a rear trigger, an integrated mechanical gas valve and a wire feed adjustment protected inside the ergonomic handle.
