MK Products Cobra MX-HD Water-Cooled Push-Pull Gun, Fronius 9-Pin, 15 ft

MK Products' water-cooled Cobra MX-HD is rated for 250 A continuous output and aimed at high-duty-cycle work on aluminum and other soft wires. This configuration comes with a 15 ft lead and a Fronius 9-pin connection, uses 3/8 in. MX-HD consumables, and covers .035 in. to 1/16 in. wire without swapping drive rolls.

Water cooling is what allows sustained high-amperage, high-duty-cycle welding. Around it sits the updated Cobra design: a light but tough body, the wire feed adjustment protected inside a comfort-shaped handle, a fixed gooseneck with a high-temperature barrel insulator, a rear trigger for wire feed and a mechanical gas valve integrated into the gun.
