MK Products Cobra MX Water-Cooled Push-Pull Gun, Fronius 9-Pin, 50 ft

The Cobra MX is MK Products' redesign of its Cobra gun: a water-cooled push-pull MIG gun rated at 225 A continuous. This configuration pairs a 50 ft lead with a Fronius 9-pin connection, suiting Fronius-compatible systems, and it is aimed at high-duty-cycle work on aluminum and other soft wires.

It runs 1/4 in. MX consumables and handles wire from .030 in. up to 1/16 in. with no drive roll changes. The gooseneck is fixed and fitted with a high-temperature barrel insulator for durability. Wire feeding is controlled from a rear trigger, gas flow is handled by an integrated mechanical valve, and the wire feed adjustment sits protected inside the ergonomic handle.

Being water-cooled, the gun suits long welds at high amperage. The Cobra MX line is made with Fronius 9-pin, Miller 10-pin, Lincoln 7-pin or MK Products 7-pin connections and 15, 25, 35 or 50 ft leads; this is the Fronius 9-pin, 50 ft model.
