MK Products Cobra X-HD Digital Push-Pull MIG Gun for CobraMig 300, 200A, 25 ft

The MK Products Cobra X-HD is a heavy-duty digital push-pull MIG gun for the MK CobraMig 300, rated 200 A, air-cooled and fitted with a 25 ft lead. Its HD design adds durability for higher-amperage work, digital buttons on the gun give full remote control of the CobraMig 300, and it feeds aluminum, steel, stainless steel and flux-cored wire. It works with no other machine.

This is the 25 ft version; the air-cooled Cobra X-HD range also includes 15, 35 and 50 ft leads. A 14-pin digital connection and a Plug & Play power pin connection link it to the CobraMig 300, the only system it works with, and machine settings can be fine-tuned from the gun. Wire speed runs 0-800 IPM, with a 1000 IPM option offered as P/N 211-0080.

For aluminum welding it takes .030 in. to 1/16 in. (0.8-1.6 mm) wire, and it handles .030 in. to .045 in. (0.8-1.2 mm) steel, stainless steel and flux-cored welding wire. A Cobra fix-mount barrel with a high-temperature barrel insulator works with the original rear trigger, the Ultra-Flex power cable reduces strain, and the balanced build with an ergonomic handle supports hours of continuous wire feed. Components are CNC billet.
