MK Products Prince XL Air-Cooled Spool Gun, 7-Pin, 50 ft

This Prince XL spool gun pairs a 50 ft lead, for extra reach, with a 7-pin connection. MK Products rates the air-cooled pistol-grip gun at 225 A and 100% duty cycle for daily production, and it runs quick-change 1 lb or 2 lb spools of aluminum, steel, stainless or flux-cored wire.

Several interchangeable EZ-Lock barrels, each rotating 360°, let the gun be matched to the job, and it is Flex Barrel compatible. It adapts to most power supplies, and with a 12 in. spool in a Cobramatic cabinet it can be converted into a push-pull gun. Wire speed is 850 IPM, with all ratings taken using argon gas.

Aluminum wire from .030 to 1/16 in. (0.8-1.6 mm) and steel, stainless or flux-cored wire from .030 to .045 in. (0.8-1.2 mm) are supported. The ergonomic, balanced pistol grip keeps the wire feed adjustment protected at the bottom of the handle, and the gun is built from CNC billet parts with an Ultra-Flex power cable.
