MK Products Prince XL Air-Cooled Spool Gun, Miller Compatible, 50 ft

MK Products' Prince XL spool gun, here in its Miller-compatible air-cooled form with a 50 ft cable, feeds wire right at the gun from 1 or 2 lb spools. The pistol-grip design weighs less than 3 lbs, and the gun connects to CV or CC power supplies using the WC-1 Control or an MK interface.

Barrels use the EZ-Lock system with 360° rotation and can be had in 6, 12 or 18 in. lengths, straight or curved; consumables are shared with the Python gun. Settings are made with a 3¾-turn potentiometer, wire feed speed is 900 IPM, and the gun converts to push-pull for running a 12 in. spool from the Cobramatic cabinet.

It feeds solid and hard wire of .030-.045 in. (0.8-1.1 mm) and aluminum or cored wire of .030-1/16 in. (0.8-1.6 mm). The trigger lock clicks on and off to cut fatigue, set screws hold the liner for fast changes, and the gun is designed to be straightforward to maintain and repair. The standard snake skin sheath for the 50 ft length is P/N 931-0123.
