MK Products Prince XL Water-Cooled Push-Pull Gun, Fronius 9-Pin, 25 ft

With 400 A of capacity at 100% duty cycle, the water-cooled Prince XL is MK Products' pistol-grip push-pull gun for high-amperage production. This one pairs a 25 ft lead with a Fronius 9-pin connection and feeds aluminum, steel, stainless steel and flux-cored wire.

The gun needs Cobra Coolant for its water cooling. Wire speed runs 0-850 IPM; aluminum wire of .030-1/16 in. (0.8-1.6 mm) and steel, stainless or flux-cored wire of .030-.045 in. (0.8-1.2 mm) can be fed, with ratings measured on argon.

Operator comfort comes from an ergonomic, balanced pistol-grip handle that shields the wire feed adjustment in its bottom. The EZ-Lock barrel turns 360°, the integrated mechanical gas valve handles shielding gas, and CNC billet componentry with an Ultra-Flex power cable completes the build.
