MK Products Python Air-Cooled Push-Pull Gun, Fronius 9-Pin, 50 ft

With a Fronius 9-pin connection and a 50 ft lead, this air-cooled Python gives aluminum MIG welders a long-reach push-pull gun rated 225 A at 100% duty cycle. A forward trigger and 360° EZ-Lock barrel round out the design, and steel, stainless and flux-cored wire feed through it too.

The trigger sits forward on the handle, which also shelters a wire feed adjustment for right- or left-hand operators. Up front, the EZ-Lock barrel rotates through 360°, and a Flex Barrel can be fitted. The light pistol grip is balanced to limit fatigue over hours of feeding. The gun pairs with almost any CV or CC power source.

Air-cooled, this Python is rated 225 A at 100% duty cycle, measured with argon. Aluminum wire from .030 to 1/16 in. (0.8-1.6 mm) fits, as do .030-.045 in. (0.8-1.2 mm) steel, stainless and flux-cored wires; feed speed is 0-800 IPM, or 1000 IPM with option P/N 211-0080. CNC billet components and an Ultra-Flex power cable suit the production floor.
