MK Products Python LX Air-Cooled Push-Pull Gun, Lincoln 7-Pin, 25 ft

Made for a Lincoln 7-pin connection, this air-cooled Python LX push-pull gun has a 25 ft lead and a 225 A rating at 100% duty cycle. It adds a rear trigger and a built-in mechanical gas valve for shielding gas control, and it feeds aluminum, steel, stainless and flux-cored wire.

Gas control sits on the gun itself: an integrated mechanical valve manages the shielding gas, and the trigger is placed at the rear. The EZ-Lock barrel swivels through a complete 360°, and Flex Barrel compatibility improves reach into difficult joints. A protected wire feed adjustment in the handle suits right- or left-hand use, and the light, balanced grip is made for hours of steady feeding. Almost any CV or CC power source can run it.

MK Products rates the air-cooled LX at 225 A and 100% duty cycle on argon. Wire capacity is .030-1/16 in. (0.8-1.6 mm) for aluminum and .030-.045 in. (0.8-1.2 mm) for steel, stainless and flux core, with a standard 0-800 IPM feed speed and 1000 IPM available as P/N 211-0080. CNC billet parts and an Ultra-Flex power cable are chosen with production use in mind.
