MK Products Python LX Air-Cooled Push-Pull Gun, MK 7-Pin, 15 ft

MK Products drew on both its Python and Cobra MX guns for the Python LX, an air-cooled push-pull MIG gun intended for aluminum. This model has a 15 ft lead and MK Products 7-pin connection, and it is rated at 225 A with a 100% duty cycle.

The trigger sits at the rear, and shielding gas is controlled by an integrated mechanical valve. Up front, the 360° EZ-Lock barrel also accepts Flex Barrel, useful when a joint is awkward to get at, and inside the handle sits a protected wire feed adjustment for right- or left-hand use.

Wire speed spans 0-800 IPM, with 1000 IPM optional under P/N 211-0080. It feeds aluminum, steel, stainless or flux-cored wire (.030-1/16 in. aluminum, .030-.045 in. for the others) from nearly any CV or CC power source.
