MK Products Python LX Air-Cooled Push-Pull Gun, MK 7-Pin, 35 ft

Fitted with an MK Products 7-pin connection and a 35 ft lead, this air-cooled Python LX is a push-pull gun rated 225 A at 100% duty cycle. Python engineering meets Cobra MX design here, with a rear trigger and integrated mechanical gas valve for aluminum MIG work.

Gas control sits on the gun itself: an integrated mechanical valve manages the shielding gas, and the trigger is placed at the rear. The EZ-Lock barrel swivels through a complete 360°, and Flex Barrel compatibility improves reach into difficult joints. A protected wire feed adjustment in the handle suits right- or left-hand use, and the light, balanced grip is made for hours of steady feeding. Almost any CV or CC power source can run it.

MK Products rates the air-cooled LX at 225 A and 100% duty cycle on argon. Wire capacity is .030-1/16 in. (0.8-1.6 mm) for aluminum and .030-.045 in. (0.8-1.2 mm) for steel, stainless and flux core, with a standard 0-800 IPM feed speed and 1000 IPM available as P/N 211-0080. CNC billet parts and an Ultra-Flex power cable are chosen with production use in mind.
