MK Products Python LX Water-Cooled Push-Pull Gun, Miller 10-Pin, 35 ft

A 35 ft lead gives aluminum fabricators working from Miller 10-pin equipment extra reach with this Python LX. The water-cooled push-pull gun is rated 400 A at 100% duty cycle, uses a rear trigger and integrated mechanical gas valve, and also feeds steel, stainless and flux-cored wire.

The trigger is rear-mounted, and a mechanical gas valve built into the gun lets the welder manage shielding gas right at the work. An EZ-Lock barrel rotates through 360°, and a Flex Barrel can be fitted where access is tight. Inside the handle, a protected wire feed control serves right- or left-hand operators, and the balanced pistol grip is shaped to limit fatigue over hours of feeding. The gun pairs with almost any CV or CC power source.

Water cooling gives the LX a 400 A rating at 100% duty cycle (argon) for aluminum jobs needing a higher duty cycle. Aluminum wire from .030 to 1/16 in. (0.8-1.6 mm) fits, as do .030-.045 in. (0.8-1.2 mm) steel, stainless and flux-cored wires; feed speed is 0-800 IPM, or 1000 IPM with option P/N 211-0080. CNC billet components and an Ultra-Flex power cable suit the production floor.
