MK Products Python LX Water-Cooled Push-Pull Gun, MK 7-Pin, 50 ft

The longest Python LX lead, 50 ft, is paired here with an MK Products 7-pin connection and water cooling. Rated 400 A at 100% duty cycle, this push-pull gun is built for high-duty aluminum MIG welding and handles steel, stainless and flux-cored wire as well.

Gas control sits on the gun itself: an integrated mechanical valve manages the shielding gas, and the trigger is placed at the rear. The EZ-Lock barrel swivels through a complete 360°, and Flex Barrel compatibility improves reach into difficult joints. A protected wire feed adjustment in the handle suits right- or left-hand use, and the light, balanced grip is made for hours of steady feeding. Almost any CV or CC power source can run it.

MK Products rates the water-cooled LX at 400 A and 100% duty cycle on argon, a rating aimed at long aluminum runs. Wire capacity is .030-1/16 in. (0.8-1.6 mm) for aluminum and .030-.045 in. (0.8-1.2 mm) for steel, stainless and flux core, with a standard 0-800 IPM feed speed and 1000 IPM available as P/N 211-0080. CNC billet parts and an Ultra-Flex power cable are chosen with production use in mind.
