MK Products Python Water-Cooled Push-Pull Gun, Fronius 9-Pin, 15 ft

In this version, MK Products' water-cooled Python push-pull gun has a Fronius 9-pin connection and a 15 ft lead. Rated 400 A at 100% duty cycle, it is built mainly for aluminum MIG welding and runs steel, stainless and flux-cored wire too.

The trigger sits forward on the handle, which also shelters a wire feed adjustment for right- or left-hand operators. Up front, the EZ-Lock barrel rotates through 360°, and a Flex Barrel can be fitted. The light pistol grip is balanced to limit fatigue over hours of feeding. The gun pairs with almost any CV or CC power source.

Water cooling gives this Python a 400 A rating at 100% duty cycle, measured with argon. Aluminum wire from .030 to 1/16 in. (0.8-1.6 mm) fits, as do .030-.045 in. (0.8-1.2 mm) steel, stainless and flux-cored wires; feed speed is 0-800 IPM, or 1000 IPM with option P/N 211-0080. CNC billet components and an Ultra-Flex power cable suit the production floor.
