Optrel Swiss Air Tight Fit PAPR System, NIOSH PAPR-100N

The Optrel Swiss Air Tight Fit is a powered air-purifying respirator system certified to NIOSH PAPR-100N, with 99.97% filtration efficiency against airborne particulates. It works with an Optrel hood, an industrial helmet, a weldCap or no headgear at all. The kit supplies the blower, filter, battery, charger and harness; the TightFit half-mask it needs is not included.

Airflow can be set from 120 to 140 l/min, audible and visual alarms warn the wearer, and the blower compensates for altitude and temperature. A rechargeable lithium-ion battery runs for up to 10 hours. The lightweight blower connects to the Optrel TightFit silicone half-mask, made in three sizes for a secure fit; the mask is not part of this kit and has to be added.
