OTC Daihen Welbee WF-25 Dual Manual Wire Feeder, 4 Drive Rolls, #4 Power Pin

The OTC Daihen Welbee WF-25 is a dual manual wire feeder with two feed mechanisms and four drive rolls, built for dual-material setups where a two-position switch changes between torches. It comes configured for 0.035 in. and 0.045 in. hard wire with air-cooled torches on a standard #4 power pin, and it works with D-Series, Welbee I and Welbee II power sources.

Standard equipment includes water cooling connections for two torches, and an aluminum kit with four driven rolls is available as an option. OTC Daihen torches and torches from other major brands that use a #4 power pin are compatible. A built-in analog remote control panel can optionally adjust amperage and voltage, select programs or modify a program percentage through standard DAIHEN functions.

The spool holder mounts both 12 in. spools and wire coils, the wire drive is fully enclosed to keep out dirt and grime, and the control circuits are housed in the power source for durability. The package includes a 6 ft feeder control (10-pin), a 6 ft auxiliary control (6-pin), an 8 ft power cable and two 10 ft gas hoses.
