The Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 102 plasma cutter pairs a compact, lightweight power supply with a maximum cutting capacity of 1-3/4 in. Input power is selectable from 208 to 230 VAC, single-phase at 50 or 60 Hz, and this package includes a 1Torch SL100 hand torch with a 75° head on a 20 ft (6.1 m) lead.

Light weight, a compact build and selectable input voltage make the Cutmaster 102 easy to move between jobs. The TRUE GUARD roll bar makes the unit easy to transport and shields the power supply front and back, color-coded LEDs report pressure status and setup errors, and all user controls sit on the front panel. A storage compartment keeps spare parts and consumables at hand.

The 1Torch has an ATC disconnect for adding lead extensions or converting to a machine torch, the power supply works with hand, mechanized and automation torches, and a 60 A drag tip is part of the system. The package also contains a 10 ft (3.0 m) input power cable, a work cable and clamp, a spare parts kit and the operating manual.
