ESAB Cutmaster 152i Plasma Cutter, 120A, 208-230V 1-Phase, 50 ft SL100 Torch

The ESAB Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 152i plasma cutter provides 120 A of cutting power and 15.4 kW of output in a compact 62 lb (28.1 kg) unit, with a 2 in. (50 mm) maximum cut. This package is the 208-230 V, single-phase, 60 Hz version with a 50 ft SL100 hand torch, and the recommended cut is 1.25 in. (30 mm).

The 152i line accepts single- or three-phase input at several voltages, and this model takes 208-230 V, single-phase power. Like other Cutmaster systems it comes standard with the 1Torch, here as an SL100 hand torch on a 50 ft lead that runs on 70 psi (4.8 bar) of air at 7.5 cfm (212 l/min), and the pierce rating is 1 in. (25 mm). The power supply measures 12 x 15 x 30 in. (305 x 381 x 762 mm). This industrial air plasma cutter is aimed at heavy fabrication, manufacturing and contractor work.
