Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 82 Plasma Cutter, 208-460V, 20 ft SL60 75° Hand Torch

The Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 82 plasma cutter is a portable 43 lb system rated to cut 3/4 in. material all day; its maximum is 1-1/2 in. Input power is selectable from 208 to 460 VAC, single- or three-phase at 50 or 60 Hz, and this package includes a 1Torch SL60 hand torch with a 75° head on a 20 ft (6.1 m) lead.

Thermal Dynamics designs the Cutmaster series so that the recommended cut capacity is also the true capacity: the 3/4 in. rating holds for continuous work rather than marking the machine's limit. The TRUE GUARD roll bar makes the unit easy to transport and shields the power supply front and back, color-coded LEDs report pressure status and setup errors, and all user controls sit on the front panel. A storage compartment keeps spare parts and consumables at hand.

The 1Torch has an ATC disconnect for adding lead extensions or converting to a machine torch, the power supply works with hand, mechanized and automation torches, and a 60 A drag tip is part of the system. The package also contains a 10 ft (3.0 m) single-phase input power cable without plug, a work cable and clamp, a spare parts kit and the operating manual.
