Xlaser Labs X1 Pro 700W Laser Welder, Cleaner, Cutter, Dual Wire Feeder

The Xlaser Labs X1 Pro laser welder in this Dual Wire Feeder configuration is a 700 W air-cooled fiber laser system that welds, cuts, cleans and engraves from one compact unit. It welds in a single pass up to 3 mm, cuts up to 3 mm and is built for on-site metalwork, mobile repair and fabrication shops.

Continuous, spot and pulse welding modes are available, with nitrogen, argon or air as the recommended gases. The heat-affected zone can be as small as 0.002 in. (0.05 mm), which limits heat distortion and keeps welds narrow, and wire feeding supports single or dual wire configurations. Air cooling keeps maintenance simple, safety protections are integrated, and the system works on titanium, nickel alloys, brass, galvanized sheet, carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
