Xlaser Labs X1 Pro 700W Laser Welder, Cleaner, Cutter, 100-240V, Single Feeder

The Xlaser Labs X1 Pro laser welder is a portable 700 W fiber laser system that welds, cuts, cleans and engraves from one 21 kg unit. This Single Feeder version welds in a single pass up to 3 mm, cuts up to 3 mm and runs on 100-240 V input, which suits garages and small workshops as well as on-site metalwork, mobile repair and fabrication shops.

A 7 in. touchscreen HMI runs the machine, and the heat-affected zone can be as small as 0.002 in. (0.05 mm), which keeps distortion low on thin metals. Wire feeding is expandable from a single wire (weld widths up to 3.5 mm / 0.138 in.) to dual wire (up to 7 mm / 0.276 in.), and seven interchangeable copper nozzles cover flat, fillet, lap and other weld joints. Supported metals include stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and brass.

The laser source is rated for 24/7 continuous operation with stable output from -20 to 40 °C, and RS232, DB25 and IO connections let it join automated or integrated workflows. Ten safety protections are built in for controlled operation, and the compact 21 kg body moves easily between the shop and the job site.
