Xlaser Labs X1 Pro Ultimate Pack 3-in-1 Laser Welder, Cleaner, Cutter, 700W

The Xlaser Labs X1 Pro Ultimate Pack is a 700 W air-cooled fiber laser system that welds, cuts, cleans and engraves, supplied with a DW dual wire feeder, the X1 Pro welding gun and a laser welding helmet, apron and goggles. It welds in a single pass up to 3 mm and cuts up to 3 mm, for on-site metal work, mobile repair and fabrication shops.

Welding modes are continuous, spot and pulse, and the recommended gases are nitrogen, argon or air. The heat-affected zone can be as small as 0.002 in. (0.05 mm) for low distortion, and supported metals include titanium, nickel alloys, brass, galvanized sheet, carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Air cooling keeps maintenance simple, and safety protections are integrated.

The kit also contains the X1 Pro power cable and laser gun holder, a gas fitting adapter and gas hose, two focusing lenses, five protective lenses, the wire feeder power signal cable and feeder tube, an external emergency stop, a safety clip and a laser nozzle accessories box.
